This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are handled at Ali’s Cakes & Bakes. Since all our products are freshly prepared, delivery depends on product type, distance and time slot availability.

We currently deliver only within permitted service areas around our branches. Availability may vary based on location, order size, and operational conditions.

2. Delivery Timings

• Standard delivery window depends on order type and travel distance.
• Peak hours and festive seasons may affect delivery time.
• Same-day delivery is subject to available slots.
• Urgent express delivery depends on feasibility.

3. Delivery Instructions

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Any mistake in address, contact number or instructions may cause delay or unsuccessful delivery.

4. Delivery Restrictions

• Deliveries cannot be made to restricted or inaccessible locations.
• We reserve the right to reject deliveries where logistics are unsafe or not possible.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, when applicable, depend on delivery distance, time-slot selection and order size. Applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

6. Delayed Deliveries

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, technical issues, incorrect address or peak rush cannot be considered service failure.
• Refunds are not issued for delays beyond our control; however, we make every effort to deliver as early as possible.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Incorrect address or unreachable phone numbers will mark order failed.
• No refund in case the receiver is unavailable to accept delivery.

8. Pickup (Self-Collection)

Customers may choose self-pickup depending on store availability. Pickup timings will vary based on operational conditions and product readiness.

9. Packaging

Our products are carefully packaged to maintain quality and freshness during transport. Still, natural damages caused due to external travel conditions are unavoidable.
